Mission Statement

MedSource Community Services, Inc. provides several residential models to meet the residential needs of the individuals that MedSource serves. MedSource operates with the vision that each individual has the right to choice and to individually direct their lives, personal goals and determine their outcomes. It is MedSource's responsibility to assist each individual with the design and supports thay need and is feasibly available to them in the communityt. MedSource respects and participates in a team process with the services that are offered to each individual, but acknowledges that the individual has the ultimate decision regarding their choice and destiny.
